I moved to the area about 6 months ago and joined the company shortly after. Electronics manufacturing is a very exciting industry there is plenty of opportunity for growth here at Prime, Havana. In my position I have some level of collaboration with all departments; everyone is very nice, always helpful, and devoted to making a quality product. All of this is supported by a leadership team that is committed to making sure everyone has what they need to get the job done.
What stood out to me about the Prime team from day one is how much care is put into everything. Working on a team, and working through issues and drawing from each other’s experience is one of the best parts of my work.
