Chris Sliger

As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Administration, Chris leads the strategic and operational leadership of the finance and accounting activities. He is a key partner to operations, engineering and support teams in driving improved business performance. Chris has held the leadership position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance since October 2021. He joined Prime as part of the TeligentEMS acquisition in January 2020. Prior to that, Chris served as the Director of Finance at TeligentEMS, where he was responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and human resources.

Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated his expertise in financial management, including cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, Controller and Director-level functions. He has contributed to the success of various projects and played a key role in the growth of organizations. Chris began his professional journey in real estate mergers and acquisitions, where he specialized in finance and managed reserve accounts. He holds degrees in Economics and Accounting.
