Kimberly Anders

Kimberly joined TeligentEMS in the Havana, Florida operation in 2018. She received her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in 2020 and is credited for the development of a shared services Human Resources Department for Prime’s Suwanee and Havana operations.

Serving as the primary recruiter for new talent, Kimberly works closely with Technical/Vocational Colleges, local Universities and Military/Veteran’s associations on programs which share awareness of available technical career paths needed to support the electronics manufacturing industry. With a focus on sourcing new talent and growing high potential employees to fill key roles, she has been instrumental in keeping Prime well-positioned in today’s competitive employment environment.

Prior to joining Prime, Kimberly spent more than 20 years in Learning & Development, People & Culture and Employee Engagement.
